　　CCTV News:According to the website of the Ministry of Public Security, the public security organs have been keeping a close eye on the telecommunication network fraud crimes in northern Myanmar. On the basis of several rounds of crackdown, resolutely eradicating fraud dens and arresting fraudsters according to law, recently, the public security organs in Pu ‘er, Yunnan Province carried out border police enforcement cooperation with relevant local law enforcement departments in Myanmar, and arrested 2,349 China telecommunication network fraud suspects and handed them over to us. This is the largest number of people handed over in a single time since the crackdown on telecommunication network fraud in northern Myanmar, including 111 fugitives on the Internet.

　　On the basis of previous work, Yunnan public security organs and relevant local law enforcement departments in Myanmar have continuously strengthened border police cooperation, continuously reported the latest fraud dens and personnel clues, and recently conducted intensive arrests, and a large number of telecommunication network fraud suspects have been arrested one after another. On October 14th, 2,349 suspects were handed over to us and taken back by public security organs in Kunming, Yunnan, Jiangsu, Henan, Shandong, Hunan, Chongqing and other places to fully carry out case investigation. Up to now, with the unremitting efforts of public security organs in Yunnan, 4,666 suspects involved in telecommunication network fraud in northern Myanmar have been handed over to us, including 205 fugitives on the Internet. Since August this year, the number of telecommunication network fraud cases and the number of property losses have decreased by 24% and 20.5% respectively.

　　The relevant person in charge of the public security organ said that recently, in response to the situation of telecommunication network fraud in northern Myanmar, the public security organ has continuously intensified its crackdown and continued to organize special crackdowns and achieved remarkable results. The public security organs will continue to exert their efforts to eliminate fraudulent dens, publicly arrest and arrest people involved in fraud according to law, unswervingly eradicate the "cancer" of telecommunication network fraud crimes in northern Myanmar, and earnestly safeguard the property safety and legitimate rights and interests of the people.
