In combination with institutional reform, we will adjust the guidelines for government information disclosure in a timely manner, disclose the working institutions and contact information of government information, and constantly broaden the application channels to provide convenience for the masses to apply for information disclosure.

Every quarter, the city (district) third-party assessment agencies are invited to assess the voluntary disclosure of government information by each unit and the standardization of the disclosure process according to the application, and targeted training and rectification are carried out according to the assessment results, and the rectification results are included in the performance appraisal at the end of the year. All units improve their business level of disclosure by application by studying and analyzing their cases of disclosure by application, especially typical cases that lead to reconsideration litigation.
